Branch Manager
The Branch Manager supervises all branch employees and manages the functions of a Branch Office. As the Branch Manager, you will focus on generating leads through marketing and promotional strategies to attract new purchase business and originate loans. You will also develop a team of licensed Loan Officers and hire, train and supervise support staff as needed.
Job Duties:
- Manage loan pipeline for all originated loans through closing
- Maintain knowledge of available loan products and underwriting guidelines
- Actively recruit and onboard new loan originators
- Manage and motivate team members to ensure consistent and maximum performance levels
- Constantly monitor branch production levels to ensure appropriate branch operational staff is in place (processing, loan officer assistant etc.)
- Assist in the development of necessary training programs
- Maintain knowledge of Company's policies and procedures
Compensation
100% compensation structure on closed loan production, Options to receive branch revenue, Branch Production Override, Personal Production Allowed as Branch Manager (producing branch manager options), Deferred Compensation Plan for High Earners
